Touch-based coaching for touch-starved adult individuals and folks wishing take their self-care and personal growth to the next level. Sessions offer the possibility to slow down and tune in to the body and be on the receiving end of nurturing, platonic touch. Many options for touch include cuddling, touch games and exercises designed to increase an embodied sense of boundaries, attachment-oriented supportive touch, play, and more. One 100 minute intake session is required prior to any hands on work. Sessions are offered at my cozy office located in downtown Snohomish, WA. Phone and video sessions are available, but options for exercises are more limited.

My therapy practice is full and my waitlist is closed until further notice.

I offer in person, phone, and video sessions for adult individuals wishing to work on therapy goals related to relationships, gender, sexuality, identity, and culture. I also offer affirming assessment sessions for folks wishing to explore diagnosis for autism, ADHD, and others. I use a blend of assessments, informal interview questions, and a self-determination, self-diagnosis-affirming approach.

I currently accept Aetna, UnitedHealthcare, Optum, Optum EAP, Cigna, and Lyra EAP. I am out of network with all others and provide a Super Bill monthly.

Support for healing professionals and organizations wishing to expand their knowledge of sex worker + kink + polyamory + neurodivergent + trauma-informed + LGBTQIA+ affirming care.
